- Norzila Othman is the Tax Executive Director at SALIHIN, specializing in both direct and indirect taxation. She has extensive experience in tax audits, investigations, transfer pricing, withholding tax, and tax dispute resolution. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Norzila began her career with SALIHIN in 2005 as an Account Executive in Financial Accounting Services before transitioning into taxation. With over 13 years of experience, she provides well-researched tax advisory, compliance, and regulatory services. She works closely with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) on tax audits and investigations and with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) on indirect tax matters. She also plays a key role in e-Invoicing implementation to ensure clients' regulatory compliance. She is a Practicing Accountant under MIA and an Approved Tax Agent under Section 170 of the GST Act 2014.
