Abdussalam is a licensed Tax Agent approved by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia and brings over two decades of experience in accounting, advisory, taxation, office management and professional training. He previously served as a member of both the GST Appeal Tribunal and the Customs Appeal Tribunal under the Ministry of Finance, where he presided over more than 150 tax dispute cases. He is also a former member of the Majlis Kerja Tertinggi for the Malaysian Association of Tax Accountants (MATA) from 2020 to 2024. Abdussalam is currently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), and MATA.
